The forgotten war is almost totally forgotten. This history is unusual in that it doesn't flow from June 1950 through the cessation three years later. Rather, it is a collection stories from various points of view. Little is revealed about the country or the people. Read full review

About the author (1982)

Lieutenant Colonel George Forty OBE, FMA is the author of over 40 books on military subjects, including US Army Handbook 1939-1949, British Army Handbook 1939-1945 and The Desert War for Sutton. Lt Col Forty served in the British Army for 32 years with the Royal Tank Regiment and was formerly the Curator of the Bovington Tank Museum in Dorset, England.
