I found this book incredibly helpful. The information Shari gives serves as an amazing basis for creating your own personalized schedule. My son Skyler resisted the schedule at first but she's not heartless. I was able to keep him mostly happy and slowly work towards an eventual schedule that he LOVES now.
Shari shows you how to deal with problems that arise calmly and methodically which helps you as a parent. Having a game plan is always better than winging it! A real pillar of strength.
My son is now 16 months and he knows what to expect at bed time, when he's expected to take naps. Even now that we have moved to a toddler bed he still goes to bed happy and stays in bed all night!
All it takes is will power, patience and Shari's book.

Ba in speech?
What does speech have to do with sleep? Btw it's never natural for a child to sleep through the night at this age.terrible info scary actually. If you don't have time for a baby and just want "sleep" please don't conceive.
