It is educational, and entertaining. The book provides us with information that allows us to make good choices regarding the preventative stage of certain diseas. It further goes on to educate us on coping strategies allowing its victims and their families options that affords the best quality of life possible. The book is wonderfully writen with interludes of short stories that are humorous and entertaining. It adressess the signs and symptoms that one may encounter on their way to renal failure, Diabetes, or High blood preasure.
