I to have read this great book to find answers to questions I had about diseases. What Dr. Kloss has shared about the use of herbs help me to gain the kind of health I have at this time. I'm 76 years young with the strength of a 60 year young person. Also, I use to sell his book every day until they became available on the inter net.

I have used Back to Eden since the 1980's. It is an extremely informative Book regarding the use of Herbs rather than Chemicals. It has information regarding, diet, proper cooking utensils, vitamins and exercise.
By following the guidelines and researching the medicinal qualities of the Herbs, Diet, etc., one can use what the Earth gives us to help our bodies heal.
In older editions, Jethro Kloss has included stories of patients and their maladies. How he treated them.
I can't say enough about this book. The more you research it, the more you want to.
