About the author (2007)

Nan Byrne was raised in New York City area and comes from a long line of Irish storytellers and bar roconteurs. She is a well known poet, the author of two books, and has won awards for her screenplays. Her work has appearted in numerous magazines and she writes the popular blog "Bar Stories" www.barstory.blogspot.com. from Virginia Beach, VA. She teaches and works in television production.
