Rather than concentrating on rules of grammar and memorization of verb forms and other such details, the author concentrates on useful vocabulary and phrases for making oneself understood in Spanish, and for understanding others when dealing with accidents and accident reports, crime investigations, public gatherings, court and legal procedures, and other aspects of law enforcement and public safety.
