This book may well be referred to as an "Alzheimer's Bible" and help you cope with a disease that can last ten to fifteen years (if not longer). It answers many of the questions that people ask when they are diagnosed with this disease and when reading it may help to relieve stress and depression. The book should enable you to cope with this disease by answering your questions. Although the book has a synopsis that tells about the family and their life before Alzheimer's disease, it mainly about Beatrice and the last 13 years of her life on a daily to weekly basis. Beatrice has been suffering from the Alzheimer's disease for 13 years and is still going forward with her life. Even so she is not able to do anything for herself or communicate with other people by speaking. She doesn't recognize anybody and is in her own space.
