About the author (2004)

Susan Cressy has worked in the beauty industry for over 30 years as a practioner, business manager, external examiner and consultant. During the past 10 years she developed her interest in holistic therapies and added to her extensive list of qualifications. She currently lectures at South Trafford College, co-ordinating the Level 3 Beauty Therapy programme. Susan has been instrumental in the development of a spa management course whilst continuing to write highly-regarded books on beauty and holistic therapies
