Before writing a business plan, entrepreneurs need to read this book. Kim helps people to understand an underwriter's perspective. Unfortunately I did not learn any of this in my money and banking class in college or in my MBA program but these five simple steps provide the clarity needed to obtain a traditional bank loan. I will recommend all my start-up business clients read this from now on (even if it was published 10 years ago, it's sill valid).
