The recipes in the first two Best of Friends Cookbooks range from simple and delicious to complicated, time-consuming and fabulous! I have used my paper copy for over twenty five years and it is completely worn out. The puffed oven pancake, beef and wild rice casserole. chocolate zucchini (not the usual one) are staple recipes for me now. I sincerely hope this book will be re-printed because mine is in worn through and I prefer a paper copy to refer to while cooking.
Thank you Darlene, I consider you one of my best of friends!
