About the author (1983)

Christian Teubner is a world famous pastry chef and food photographer whose pictures of the art of cooking are widely known. His book, The Chocolate Bible: The Definitive Sourcebook, with over 600 Illustrations, won the 1998 Julia Child Cookbook Award for Bread Baking and Sweets.
