What the heck is a preface about animal protection doing in a yogafit book? Yogafit is supposed to be for everybody and every body but I put the book down after reading that preface. If someone thought it was going to motivate me to read further then the plan backfired. I may not ever go on to practice yogafit now.
Beth would be well advised to take that preface out if she wants the program to be for everyone. It is misplaced politics. If I wanted to read about animal protection I wouldn't have purchased a book on yoga, which was required for the Level 1 Instructors Workshop.
