It is not only couple that can gain benefit from this book, single lady can still gain the benefit of practice Yoga through this book as well.
Indeed, I was suggested to do Yoga due to the problem of Lower Back Pain which had burdern for 2 years. I decided to attend a yoga class and look for the book that can improved my yoga posture and I accidentally found this book from the library.
