Beyond the Veil: Meditations for Life
This book accomplishes four things. First, it includes one induction technique that enables the reader to move through three levels of consciousness and to recognize the passage from one level to another. Also included is a short technique to assist in giving a small oasis in time to make emergency decisions, send healing energy and relieve stress in tense situations.
Secondly, included are a series of twelve guided meditations that increase expansion of awareness, reliable self-knowledge, and to know where self-improvement may be necessary.
Third, revealed with the participants permission, are the experiences represented by three age and social groups an elder, a single mom and a teen-age girl, for comparison.
Fourth, the ball of personal inner authority, intuition and inspiration are thrown firmly back into the individual court. These exercises can be taped, or used in a small group of like minded participants and can also be used to chart personal progress every six months to a year. A personal journal is a big help in this regard.
It will give the readers an understanding of the self that they may never have anticipated otherwise.
