While relatively unknown compared to his other best-sellers, Beyond Entrepreneurship is a gem. It is an excellent read for any size business that is trying to create an enduring and lasting company. Applying the principles in the book will enable you to define your organization's purpose, values and mission. It provides a guide and practical illustrations as to help an entrepreneur move the organization from dependence on and constraint by its founder to attracting and retaining high-performing employees. It also provides practical frameworks for setting strategy. It is the basis for Collin's other insightful books.
