Bell is Professor Emeritus of Family Ministries at Regent College/Carey Theology College, Vancouver, B.C. He has served in a variety of positions, including principal at Carey Hall, pastor at Baptist churches in Vancouver and Calgary, and the Vice-President of the Baptist World Alliance.
