Thrilled with this book ! And very informative ....for example we learned that nutritional yeast is made from molasses. Excited to make many of the basics and also see much creativity & new ideas. No need for pictures for me, perhaps because of years of cooking experience. Also yes I agree with the word easy. Not at all intimidating & complicated.
