I don't give astrology much credit. Perhaps I would if I learned more about it. I could have the same attitude with Body Scopes, but after reading the sections about myself and finding powerful correlations I think there is something to consider.
Definitely read this book if you are designing a well-being, fitness or diet program for yourself.
I found the stereotypical descriptions a bit too archetypical. But I also got a lot of help from this book. And I learned a lot about my partner too. She read the book and we both reflected.
