About the author (2011)

Kathy Triplett used her design and technical skills to contribute to the beauty of this book. She teaches purna yoga meditation at Purna Yoga Centers in Bellevue, Washington. She is also the manager of Purna Yoga Centers and teaches the business class at the College of Purna Yoga.

Mana Iluna, MSW, is a certified purna yoga instructor at the 2,000-hour level and an experienced registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. With over twenty years of experience, she currently teaches yoga and meditation at Purna Yoga Centers™ in Bellevue, Washington. Mana loves to travel and teach around the world.
