THIS BOOK IS GOOD .PRACTICAL AND GOOD EXPLANATION. BUT THE LANGUAGE USED IS NOT SUITABLE FOR NORMAL PEOPLE.AS IT IS A SHASTHRA GRANTHA THE AUTHOR SHOULD EXPLAIN AS A STORY WITH SIMPLE AND NORMAL LANGUAGE.
FOR EXAMPLE PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THAT THE SWARA WILL COME ONE AFTER ANOTHER.
MANY DONT ACCEPT THAT ONE NOSTRIL WILL BE FLOWING FREELY AND ANOTHER A LITTLE BIT LESS. SO THE BASIC POINTS SHOULD BE DEALT WITH CARE AND PATIENCE TO REACH THE NORMAL PEOPLE, AS I HAVE DONE RESEARCH FROM BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY ON THE SAME SUBJECT FOR PHD FROM TELUGU DEPARTMENT.THROUGH GOOD MEDIA THIS KNOWLEDGE CAN BE TRANSFERRED.----RAMAKRIISHNAGORANTTLA@GMAIL.COM

Harish Johari (1934-1999), tantric practitioner and scholar, was the author of many books including Chakras, Ayurvedic Massage, Ayurvedic Healing Cuisine, The Healing Power of Gemstones, Leela, Numerology, and Tools for Tantra, and two audio cassettes, Attunements for Dawn and Dusk, and Attunements for Day and Night.
