About the author (2007)

John Reid and Maureen Gallagher are partners with The Reid Group. John worked with the Archdiocese of Seattle for 18 years where he had responsibilities for formation, training, and placement for lay and ordained ministers and was also Coordinator of Transition Services. John has given talks and workshops nationally on leadership, collaboration, and transition.
