About the author (2009)

Dr. Greg Williams has more than 25 years of experience as a faculty member, instructional designer, project manager, and consultant in education, business, and the federal government. He currently serves as the director of UMBC s graduate program in instructional systems development, and also teaches in the program, as clinical assistant professor.
