Building Profitable Solutions with Microsoft BackOffice Small Business Server 4.5 (by Joshua Feinberg) was published by Microsoft Press in 1999. This Google Books page mistakenly lists KISTech Communications as the publisher. Although KISTech Communications is partially owned by author Joshua Feinberg, KISTech Communications was NOT the publisher of Building Profitable Solutions with Microsoft BackOffice Small Business Server 4.5. In September 2001, Building Profitable Solutions with Microsoft BackOffice Small Business Server 4.5 was taken out of the print when the publisher and author couldn’t reach an agreement on updating the content for future versions of Microsoft Small Business Server. If you’re looking for training on the most current version of Microsoft Small Business Server, you should check out some of the books from Harry Brelsford of SMB Nation at http://www.smbnation.com If you’re looking to build a profitable small business computer consulting practice, VAR company, network integration firm, or solution provider business, you should check out some of the free and premium training resources from Joshua Feinberg’s Computer Consulting Kit Home Study Course http://www.computerconsultingkit.net
