Dawn Lennon is a career businesswoman and owner of Big Picture Consulting, a professional practice that helps clients solve problems and imporove performance. For more than twenty years she served as senior manager for a Fortune 500 company. Dawn has owned and operated a commercial thoroughbred horse farm, breeding winners for the race track and the show ring. She has an M.A. degree from Lehigh University and has written numerous articles on performance management and business growth.
