About the author (1995)

Trained in fine arts and architecture in Bucharest, Romania, Anca has lived with her family in Northern California since 1985. Published, among others, by UNICEF, Dutton's Children's Books, Millbrook Press, Child Graphics Company, and Vision International, her writings and paintings--many a fusion of poetry with angel imagery--have won multiple national awards. She was also awarded a grant from the American Composers Forum for poetry.
