This is a pretty good textbook but more helpful to the allied health professionals
It includes chapters on Gynaecology and Drugs which can well be avoided or modified.
I read this book last year and
found the language easy and lucid with many illustration of charts and graphs.
It is definitely a good textbook to have alongside if you are a theoretical person and not a clinician,
