I use this manual in my criminal law and constitutional law course work in my class. I have found it easy to use and the students are able to understand the concepts and accept the challenge in the exams and the end of chapter exams.
Only one problem, I have not been able to obtain the instructors guide that includes the keyed, multiple-choice test bank or the answers to the end of chapter as it states in the manual. I have requested it from the address provided but, the written request have come back stating there is no address to the Burgess Publishing.
