About the author (2006)

Bone is a CPA with over 25 years experience in California property taxation. He is the Director--State and Local Texas for Squar Milner, the largest local CPA firm in Orange County. He was a member of the Orange County Assessment Appeals Board for over 13 years, and specializes in technical property tax issues. He is a recognized authority on the application of property tax laws to difficult situations.
