It's the summer holidays and Seymour, an eleven year old loner is staying with his guardian in an inner-city suburb. He is bored and by accident he meets Angie who is beautiful and charismatic and suddenly a world of holiday outings is opened up for him. Angie, however is not what she seems, carefree and extrovert, she's on drugs.
