Very good book. It gives you a general overview of the medicinal properties of some canadian plants. If you are planning to do some research and do not know anything about a specific plant species, this is a great book that will help you get started! So I will definitely encourage science students to read this! On the other hand, any other professional or person could understand this book easily so if somebody is interested in nutrition, health and/or living healthy, this would be an interesting book as well.
Enjoy!
