About the author (1993)

Gillian Souter is author of more than 20 books, including craft titles for both children and adults. Her earlier books of cross stitch designs based on storybook characters were hugely successful. And with that experience as a guide, she has now produced her first cross stitch book based on her own illustrations. Gillian currently lives in Lewisham, New South Wales with her husband, John, where she runs her own publishing company.
