About the author (2003)

Antonio F. Vianna is best recognized as a Human Resources Executive with over 30 years of practical business experience helping organizations invest in their employees in order to maximize their contributions. In addition to authoring Career Management and Employee Portfolio Tool Kit, 3rd edition, he is the co-author of Leader Champions: Secrets of Success. He holds a M. M. from Northwestern University (Illinois), a B. S. from Union College (New York), and is a former U. S. Air Force Officer.
