Hard to believe a scumbag that built sub-standard homes with 24" centers in hurricane territory like Clear Lake City, Texas has the cahunas to write a book about himself and brag about it. Obviously he STILL doesn't have a conscience. Fortunately, luck does run out . . . . . . . especially now that the unfortunate homeowners in Clear Lake City have found you!
