Front Cover
Morgan Reynolds Pub., 2006 - Juvenile Nonfiction - 192 pages
Che Guevara was a fierce champion of communism and a bitter adversary of the United States. He helped Fidel Castro install a Communist government in Cuba but became disillusioned at the lack of commitment from the Soviet Union and other Communist-led countries to the worldwide Communist revolution. He resigned from the Cuban government and turned to guerrilla warfare, but he was unsuccessful in overturning the governments he targeted and eventually was captured and killed.
