This book suggests for purchase cage supplies that are hazardous to chinchillas. For example: Chinchillas should not have ANYTHING in their cage that they should not chew because they will chew EVERYTHING; i.e. PVC and clay tubing. There are some great training tips listed but the purchase suggestions could very well kill your new chinchilla. New chinchilla owners beware!

About the author (2004)

I began breeding chinchillas because I truly love the animals. We started with just a few chinchillas and over the years our herd has grown quite large. I wrote this book based on my 12 years of experience.
