Few people can resist a chocolate dessert. Chocolate describes types of cooking chocolate, instructions for melting and molding chocolate, and ideas for making chocolate decorations. Along with 400 photographs, the recipes include variations on traditional favorites, as well as many new ideas for desserts, cakes, sweets, and beverages for any occasion. Many can be prepared in advance; quite a few require no cooking at all; but none will disappoint the true chocoholic!
