I have been on this diet for two weeks and I feel amazing. I am sensitive to gluten and somewhat lactose intolerant and had gained 10 pounds over the last few months. I've always needed a lot of sleep and I'm known for taking naps. In the last two weeks I have lost almost all ten pounds and I have tons of energy. I used to get really low blood sugar between meals, but I find I'm not as hungry anymore. I thought I would just do this for a month and lose some weight, but I feel so good, I think I'm going to keep it up on a regular basis as much as possible. I loved this book and would recommend it to anyone.
