About the author (1991)

Howard R. Jarrell took his undergraduate studies in business at the University of Dayton and studied librarianship at Case-Western Reserve University. He has held several positions as a business specialist and senior reference librarian with public and academic libraries in Florida and Ohio during the past twenty years.
