SANDRA FEKETE is the founder of Fekete + Company, a marketing communications firm that specializes in helping companies attract, retain, and satisfy new customers. She is the developer and sole owner of Companies Are People, TooŽ, a revolutionary tool for identifying the unique characteristics and traits of an organization. She received an Honorable Mention for Inc.'s Marketing Master Award and has been nominated for a Working Women Entrepreneurial Excellence Award.
LEEANNA KEITH is a professional writer and researcher in New York City. She holds a PhD in history from the University of Connecticut and currently teaches at New School University.
