About the author (1990)

Rainer Martens is an expert in sports psychology. He has taught, researched, and worked in various parts of the sports world through the years. He is a member of the Illinois Governor's Council on Health and Physical Fitness and the American Academy of Kinesiology and Physical Education. Martens is the author of Youth Sport Director Guide and Successful Coaching.
