In today's hectic times, it's more important than ever to learn to slow down, relax and be calm. Whether part of a religious habit or just part of a daily routine, meditation can help slow frenzied pace, and improve feelings of good health, peace and control. This title explains how easy it is to enjoy the benefits of meditation.

Just read a small fraction and can't disagree more on the fraction I read, I'm not commenting on any other part of this text. Recommending meats, fish, eggs for meditation? Sorry but these are the absolute worst things you can have and the author is sadly not concious of this. Flesh eating of any kind with meditation is an absolute no no since it carries karma, and karma holds you tightly bound within the physical plane, its also not Satvik anything other than Satvik foods will cause the mind to be over active and will not yield fruits from your meditation efforts. Eggs were also mentioned, eggs are bad since they cause an extra veil blocking progress, if you intend to go in the higher regions as well as karmic disruptions. I strongly recommend reading Gabriel Cousens - Conscious Eating for increasing awareness of dietary needs for meditation.
