I work with one of the chapter authors. He is a nice guy but doesn’t really know what he is doing. He recently submitted a change request to add a firewall rule between two servers on the same subnet. The two servers don’t even communicate thought the firewall! He does not understand the fundamentals of network communication. I would be very skeptical of the information in a book that hires him to write a chapter on security. Just my opinion.
