i would like to own this book as i am an Atkinson decended from the Atkinsons of Crow hill co armagh Ireland -My branch of Atkinsons ancestors came to america in late 1700s- -Our first ancestor ,( my great great grandfather )born in america wasJohn Paxton Atkinson a wealthy merchant in New York City .Brooklyn to be exact- The original Crow Hill house was part of the estate of the Hoopes family which their daughter married one of my Atkinson relatives (Thomas atkinson I think) the house was razed and rebuilt in approx 1828 by Joseph Atkinson, but my great uncles went over there to see the relatives until the 1920s -and I understand the Atkinsons sold the family home Crow Hill to the Greenaway family in 1952 . I have seen a photo of it sent to me by their granddaughter -Thanks for any info you can give me on this- Sincerely,Leah Atkinson Doyle -Houston texas -Leah-doyle@att.net
