About the author (2014)

Craig has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University and a Master of Arts in Modern Dance from the University of Utah. As a performer, he worked for over a dozen years with Momix and Cirque du Soleil. He has contributed choreography to both organizations and they continue to perform his work in shows that travel 5 continents. Craig currently works as a physical therapist and has taught kinesiology at the University of Utah. He is an accomplished rock climber who has bouldered V13 and rope-climbed 5.14a.
