About the author (2004)

Jennifer Hawkins Opie is the V&A's curator of contemporary glass and a leading expert in the field. She curated the first-ever British exhibition of the work of Dale Chihuly and is author of the accompanying book, Chihuly at the V&A (V&A 2000). She has also written Scandinavia Ceramics and Glass of the 20th Century (V&A, re-issued 2001).
