this book is really reader-friendly and informational. Even an amateur like me, can cook amazingly well through using this book. the recipes are very easy to follow. one of the things that i really like about this book, is that you can just bake and cook with the basic and easy-to-find ingredients, unlike all those claimed to be "easy-to-make" recipes, which require so much effort, and so many different kinds of ingredients that you will only use for like once or twice.
this is the best cookery book i've seen so far.
