A complete syllabus for them to face the digital learning environments, from information brokering to instructional design. This was the PhD Thesis discussed in 2006 and focusing already on semantic web, MOOC learning frameworks, e-learning and web ontologies.

About the author (2007)

Francesca’s 15 years in digital have ranged from e-commerce to e-learning. In Google she worked in sales, strategy and business operations. In 2014she moved to London in the Google Digital Academy team, where she has been creating learning experiences that transform brands so they can develop more valued relationships with their consumers in the digital landscape.

Qualified as a Certified Business Coach and LEGO ® Serious Player ® Facilitator, Francesca uses this expertise in team coaching, women's leadership, and support for both expats and start-ups.Francesca earned a PhD in Applied Linguistics and Communications from Universitą Cattolica in Milan. She has several publications on adult education and new methodologies in teaching foreign languages. In addition to her mother tongue, Italian, Francesca is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
