The review posted about creating delicious sausage has nothing to do with the book. This looks like an error posting. No religious references are in the book or hospice facilities.
The book is
for first time sausage makers with clear simple details. Contains fresh sausage recipes with many ethnic sausages. Limits fat and salt in recipes with many helpful hints. No dry or semi dry sausage recipes and not for professional sausage makers. Excellent source for average cooks.
