Creative Cuisine Collection is recipes cooked from the age of 13 by Giovannina Murray. I came from a first generation Italian family. My family ate well with maximum cooking efforts. Therefore, I have delighted in preparing these recipes at my home, at relatives' homes, and at friends' home from childhood to the present. This collection reflects my Italian ethnic background. It also, reflects my friends of many nationalities. These recipes come from years of cooking. Originally, this came from my mother to whom I dedicate this book. "Come to the wood stove, Joan, and I will show you how to cook". My mother's words of encouragement. Through my mother's patience, as well as the encouragement and patience of numerous relatives and friends, I dedicate this book. Their cuisine was delicious. I hope your cuisine will be delicious, too.
