Readers are given valuable tools to alter their perception of the aging process and to maintain youthful vitality, beauty, and creativity in this discussion of the aspects of aging that are by no means inevitable. Studies in quantum physics by scientists such as Bohr, Einstein, and Heisenberg have led Chopra to the conclusion that physical aging can be controlled through alteration of thought patterns. Because age depends on an individual's consciousness, and any person can use their mental power to transform their body's chemistry, the past and the future become mere mental projections from which any person can liberate himself.

I got this book for my Dad as a gift. Being a fan of Deepak Chopra and his writing style I was hoping it would translate into Spanish just as well. Apparently it has because my Dad loved the book and Mr. Chopras message. Read full review
